In order to buy the application you have to install Microsoft Marketplace for Windows Phone on your device. It’s available here. Once the client is installed you can search for "Marathon". If you do not find the application you'll have to change the market to "English - United States", you can do so using "Menu->Settings->World View". For countries where the marketplace is not available the trial version will not expire.
