Before you can buy the application from the web page you'll have to log in onto the Marketplace on the phone using your Live ID. You can download the Marketplace Client here. Also make sure that your device is selected using "Account Settings -> Device Settings" on the Marketplace web page.
If the link doesn't work you'll have to go to the marketplace and change "World View - Select Catalog" to "United States - English" using the dropdown in the lower right corner. Then click on the link again. Please note that Marathon is currently available for purchase in the countries listed below. If your country is not listed you'll be able to use the trial version as long as you periodically update to the latest available version.
